AltGenie does not store, log, or retain any user-submitted image or URL.
All image URLs are processed temporarily in memory for generating alt text and deleted immediately after processing.

Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our materials without written consent from Braintum.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
AltGenie is provided “as is” and “as available.”
Braintum makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the AI-generated alt text.
Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying generated outputs before use.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Braintum shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use AltGenie, including indirect or consequential losses.

Braintum reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the AltGenie service or these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on this page.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Bangladesh courts.
